- 3 – pound Whole Chicken
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil

- ¾ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- Rinse chicken under cold water, remove the giblets, and pat it dry with some paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the oil and spices. Rub the chicken well with the mixture. Set your pressure cooker to SAUTÉ at High. Add the chicken and sear on all sides until golden.
