- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 pound Duck Breasts, chopped
- 20 ounces diced canned Tomatoes
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 18 ounces Green Peas
- 1 cup Onions, diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried Marjoram
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- Place all ingredients, except the peas, in your pressure cooker. Stir well to combine and seal the lid. Select SOUP/BROTH mode and set the cooking time to 20 minutes at High.
- After the beep, do a quick pressure release. Stir in the peas. Seal the lid again but do NOT turn the pressure cooker on. Let blanch for about 7 minutes. Ladle into serving bowls.
